At Love Soul Legacy, we believe clothing can be more than beautiful—it can be meaningful. Our garments are created using custom fabrics inspired by the Underground Railroad quilt code system—ancestral symbols once stitched in secret to guide enslaved people toward freedom.

Today, we reclaim those codes not just as history, but as living wisdom for how to move through modern life with dignity, direction, and power.
Each piece in our collection is handcrafted in Ghana, West Africa, where our fabric is printed in small batches and our garments are sewn by skilled artisans. We chose Ghana intentionally—because we believe in doing business that builds bridges across the diaspora, honors our roots, and invests directly into Afro-American and African communities.

Our Story
Born from the womb of a woman who carries both history and healing.
Love Soul Legacy was not created in a boardroom. It was born in the spirit of a woman who carries generations in her bones—Candice Smith, author, mother, cultural strategist, multi-passionate entrepreneur, and expat living abroad with a vision rooted in freedom.
This brand is her love letter to the ancestors. A spiritual assignment she couldn’t ignore.
After relocating internationally and finding new strength as a woman outside the confines of Western limitations, Candice felt a divine tug to create something deeper than fashion—something that honored the codes, secrets, and survival strategies of our foremothers and forefathers. Something that could be worn, felt, and passed down.

She is the womb child of this project, and Love Soul Legacy is the physical manifestation of her healing, her history, and her audacity to dream beyond borders.
