1. What is Love Soul Legacy?

Love Soul Legacy is a fashion brand that honors Black/Afr. American cultural heritage and turns ancestral wisdom into wearable art. Every garment is made using custom fabrics inspired by Underground Railroad quilt codes—symbols of survival, freedom, wisdom and divine guidance from the Black American culture. Designed with soul, stitched with purpose.

2. Where are your clothes made?

All of our garments are handcrafted in Ghana, West Africa by skilled artisans and seamstresses. We proudly produce outside of the Western system—our pieces are tariff-free, ethically made, and support local African economies.

3. Why are the prices what they are?

Each piece is made using custom-designed fabric, printed in small batches, and sewn with care by our Ghana-based team. You're not just buying clothing—you’re wearing history, culture, and legacy. We price with intention to ensure fair wages, sustainability, and the highest quality for our customers.

4. How do I know what size to order?

We’ve got you covered! Please refer to our Size Chart for U.S. sizing from 0 to 24, including measurements in inches. If you're between sizes please order up one size. If you know your exact measurements (Bust, Waist, Hips, Inseam) you may include that in the order notes for the seamstresses. 5. Can I preorder or custom order pieces?

Select items may be available for preorder during special drops. Yes, you can custom order pieces. We make both custom fabric and custom pieces for special events like weddings, prom, graduations, bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveals, and more. If you would like to request a custom order please email us at customerservice@lovesoullegacy.com 

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most items are made to order and ship within 2–3 weeks. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way. Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs and your location.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Wherever you are on the globe, we want you to wear the story.

8. What’s your return policy?

Due to the nature of small-batch, made-to-order production, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

9. What do the quilt codes mean?

Each fabric in our collection is based on a historical Underground Railroad (a system of safe houses, routes, and people who helped enslaved Afro-Americans to reach freedom in the northern states and Canada) quilt code.
